Return Policy

    Any claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the product. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

    An order can be returned for a few reasons, but most often, it’s due to an undeliverable address. Other instances include the package being unclaimed at customs or refused/returned by your end.

    If a product is returned, it will be shipped back to our facility, and we will free-of-charge store it in temporary returns storage for up to 30 days. We will then email you to notify you about the return.

    We will contact you to determine how you would like to proceed or change the shipping address if you wish to have the product reshipped.

    By the end of the 30 days, all unclaimed returns will go to charity.

    Return processing typically takes one to two weeks to arrive at the warehouse and can take up to three weeks from the date received to be processed. Refunds will be issued to the original payment card used for purchase within 30 days of receipt of the return. The refund amount will include the full value of the items returned, including taxes, shipping costs, and a $5.00 restocking fee (a fee will not be charged for defective or damaged items). If our return policy window passes while your return is still in transit, your refund will still be issued once the warehouse inspects it.
